30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Crest Athletica gear. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@crestathletica.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Receive your return label -- we'll send a prepaid shipping label within 1-2 business days.
- Pack and ship -- securely repack the item(s) and drop off at any Australia Post location.
- Get your refund -- once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note:
- A return shipping fee of A$6.95 will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping is free for exchanges and defective items.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
- Sports bras
- Underwear
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll make it right. Email us at info@crestathletica.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange free return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund -- your choice.
